THE COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 3349) to request that the Department of Transportation name the portion of United States Highway 501 in Horry County that runs through the town of Aynor the "W. G. Hucks Highway", etc., respectfully

REPORT:

That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 501 IN HORRY COUNTY THAT RUNS THROUGH THE TOWN OF AYNOR THE "W. G. HUCKS HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "W. G. HUCKS HIGHWAY".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

That the Department of Transportation name the portion of United States Highway 501 in Horry County that runs through the town of Aynor the "W. G. Hucks Highway" and erect appropriate markers or signs along this portion of highway that contain the words "W. G. Hucks Highway".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
