TO PROVIDE THAT EACH MEMBER OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE IS ALLOWED AND MUST BE PAID FROM DORCHESTER COUNTY "C" FUND REVENUES SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS FOR EACH MEETING AT WHICH THE MEMBER IS IN ATTENDANCE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding another provision of law, each member of the Dorchester County Transportation Committee, in performance of the member's official duties, is allowed and must be paid from Dorchester County "C" fund revenues the sum of seventy-five dollars for each meeting at which the member is in attendance.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
