STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED FISCAL IMPACT

REVENUE IMPACT 1/

This bill would have no impact on state revenues.

Explanation

This bill makes language changes to cite the appropriate statutory reference to use when matching the number of axles on a certain vehicle with the corresponding maximum allowable weight limit of that vehicle, to ensure it may be operated legally on highways in this State.

Since these changes are merely technical and do not alter any revenue base or rate, adoption of the bill would not impact state revenues.
