TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY BOARD, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS; LICENSURE BY ENDORSEMENT; AND FEES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 4246, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Occupational Therapy Board, relating to Definitions; Licensure by Endorsement; and Fees, designated as Regulation Document Number 4246, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
To satisfy the requirements of licensure for occupational therapists, Regulations 94-06 and 94-09 must be updated, and Regulation 94-01 must be repealed, in conformance with the current Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
