TO CONGRATULATE MRS. HALLIE BERTA COCHRAN GRAHAM UPON THE OCCASION OF HER NINETIETH BIRTHDAY AND TO WISH HER A JOYOUS BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AND MANY YEARS OF CONTINUED HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.
Whereas, the members of the Senate are pleased to learn that Mrs. Hallie Berta Cochran Graham will celebrate her ninetieth birthday on June 20, 2015; and
Whereas, Mrs. Graham is a lifelong resident of Marion County and is known by her family and friends as a loving and devoted mother to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and also to her nieces and nephews, whom she helped raise; and
Whereas, Mrs. Graham is active within her church and community and is an individual well-known for her upstanding character. Her home is known by family and friends as a place where they are always welcomed; and
Whereas, these qualities have made her not only an outstanding role model but also a valued and appreciated member of the community; and
Whereas, the Senate is proud to honor this daughter of South Carolina on the occasion of her ninetieth birthday, and the members join with her family and friends in congratulating her on reaching this extraordinary milestone. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the Senate, by this resolution, congratulate Mrs. Hallie Berta Cochran Graham upon the occasion of her ninetieth birthday and wish her a joyous birthday celebration and many years of continued health and happiness.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mrs. Hallie Berta Cochran Graham.
