VERSIONS OF THIS BILL
TO HONOR MARGARET GILMORE YEAKEL OF ELGIN FOR HER MANY YEARS OF SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA EATING DISORDERS ASSOCIATION, TO COMMEND HER FOR HER SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO WISH HER CONTINUED SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS IN THIS AND ALL HER FUTURE ENDEAVORS.
Whereas, since 2012, Margaret Gilmore Yeakel of Elgin has devoted herself to sustained and selfless voluntary service to the South Carolina Eating Disorders Association (SCEDA); and
Whereas, she has shown ongoing initiative, leadership, and dedication to the members of the SCEDA and the citizens of South Carolina; and
Whereas, Margaret has touched and enriched the lives of so many South Carolinians who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder; and
Whereas, Margaret's dedication to the SCEDA has led her to share her knowledge, compassion, and inspiration in order to make positive changes in our community and in the State of South Carolina; and
Whereas, grateful for the example of consistent commitment and excellence Margaret Yeakel has long bestowed on this great State, the people of South Carolina are pleased to wish her well as she continues to serve in the days ahead. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, honor Margaret Gilmore Yeakel of Elgin for her many years of service and leadership to the South Carolina Eating Disorders Association, commend her for her service to the citizens of South Carolina, and wish her continued success and happiness in this and all her future endeavors.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Margaret Gilmore Yeakel.
