A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 50-23-60, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE CERTIFICATION OF TITLE FOR WATERCRAFT OR OUTBOARD MOTORS, SO AS TO DECREASE THE LATE PENALTY TO TEN DOLLARS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 50-23-60(F) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

    "(F)    An application presented after sixty days is subject to a late penalty of thirty ten dollars."

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
