TO SET BY SPECIAL ORDER S. 865, THE BILL RELATING TO ESTABLISHING ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THE CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS ARE ELECTED BEGINNING WITH THE 2022 GENERAL ELECTION, FOR SECOND READING ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2022, IMMEDIATELY UPON ADOPTION OF THE SPECIAL ORDER RESOLUTION, AND TO PROVIDE FOLLOWING THE ROLL CALL ON EACH LEGISLATIVE DAY THEREAFTER, FOR THE CONTINUING SPECIAL ORDER CONSIDERATION UNTIL S. 865 IS GIVEN THIRD READING OR OTHER DISPOSITION.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That H. 865, relating to the bill to establish election districts from which the members of the congressional districts are elected beginning with the 2022 General Election, is set by special order for second reading consideration on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, immediately following adoption of the special order resolution and to provide, following the roll call on each legislative day thereafter, for continuing special order consideration until S. 865 is given third reading or other disposition.
