Kathleen went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Whereas, Kathleen served as the first woman prosecutor in Upstate South Carolina, and has been passionate through the years about children's and elderly rights, including founding "Child Safe"; and

Whereas, grateful for her long years of service, the House takes great pleasure in recognizing Kathleen Jennings and in wishing her much success and fulfillment as she continues to serve in the days ahead. Now, therefore,
