A house RESOLUTION
to commend Kiara Richardson, former Executive assistant to the Ethics and Rules CommitteeS of the South Carolina House of representatives, for her distinguished service to the committee and the House, and to wish her continued success with the south carolina bar.
Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives are pleased to recognize Kiara Richardson for her dedication, professionalism, and leadership in service to House members and staff as executive assistant to the House Ethics and Rules Committees from 2021 to 2024; and
Whereas, prior to working for the House Ethics and Rules Committees, she was a legislative receptionist for the House of Representatives from 2019 to 2021 and the manager of the State House Gift Shop from 2018 to 2019; and
Whereas, throughout her tenure as an employee of the House of Representatives, she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, earning the respect and appreciation of colleagues through her professionalism and diligence; and
Whereas, upon her departure from the House staff, Kiara Richardson carried forward a strong record of public service as she assumed her new role as executive assistant at the South Carolina Bar, where she has worked since 2024; and
Whereas, the House of Representatives is grateful for her exemplary service and extends its best wishes for her continued success in all future endeavors. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, commend Kiara Richardson, former executive assistant to the Ethics and Rules Committees of the South Carolina House of Representatives, for her distinguished service to the committee and the House, and wish her continued success with the South Carolina Bar.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to Kiara Richardson.
