Deliberations were opened with prayer by Rev. Jeff Lingerfelt as follows:
Our thought for today is from Psalm 136: "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His loving kindness is everlasting."
Let us pray: O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!
Your loving kindness extends to eternity past unto all eternity future.
You are our great God who cannot lie and you never change. This brings great comfort as we work to lift this great state before the throne of grace.
Please use us to accomplish all that you have in store for us this day we pray. Amen
After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of yesterday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.
ADJOURNMENT
