statement of estimated fiscal impact

Explanation of Fiscal Impact

State Expenditure

This bill adds "billboard structure" to the installation, repair, or maintenance of signs and billboards in a list of situations that are exempted from requiring contractor licensure. This bill does not alter the requirement that an electrical license is required to install, modify, or perform a final connection to a branch circuit conductor.

LLR anticipates that the bill will have no expenditure impact on the agency as it does not alter the responsibilities of the agency or the Contractor's Licensing Board.
