A bill

 

TO REPEAL ACT 989 OF 1948 RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE FLORENCE MEMORIAL STADIUM COMMISSION.

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

 

SECTION 1.  Act No. 989 of 1948 is repealed.

 

SECTION 2.  This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
