The Senate assembled at 11:00 A.M., the hour to which it stood adjourned, and was called to order by the ACTING PRESIDENT, Senator DEVINE.

On motion of Senator SABB, with unanimous consent, the Senate stood adjourned out of respect to the memory of Ms. Rose Marie Moore Sterling of Salter, S.C. Rose Marie was a social worker, educator and volunteer who served her community with great love and kindness. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and received the Order of the Eastern Star. Rose was dearly loved and will forever be remembered.

On motion of Senator DEVINE, with unanimous consent, the Senate stood adjourned out of respect to the memory of Mr. McKinley Williams of Columbia, S.C. McKinley was the pastor of Good Aim Baptist Church. He worked at DuPont where he helped and mentored many people over the years. He had a kind and gentle spirit and was greatly loved. McKinley was a loving husband and devoted father who will be dearly missed.

At 11:04 A.M., on motion of Senator GRAHAM, the Senate adjourned to meet next Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
