A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-2953, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VIDEO RECORDING AT THE INCIDENT SITE AND BREATH TEST SITE OF A PERSON SUSPECTED OF DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER DRUGS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FAILURE OF THE VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT TO CAPTURE ALL OF A FIELD SOBRIETY TEST IS NOT ALONE A GROUND FOR DISMISSAL OF ANY CHARGES.
