    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-510, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to unlawful use of and fraudulent application for a motor vehicle driver's license, so as to increase the penalties for violation, and further provide for what constitutes violations of the Section including unlawful use of personal identification cards, and to amend Section 56-9-530 relating to certain circumstances when proof of financial responsibility is required, so as to provide that any person who has his driving privilege revoked pursuant to Section 56-1-510 is not by reason of that fact alone, required to furnish proof of financial responsibility.-amended title
