    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-1520, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to competitive sealed bidding pursuant to the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, so as to require an agency rejecting a lower bid to file a copy of the bid and an explanation of why it was not selected with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's Office.
