    A Bill to amend Section 38-13-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an insurer's annual statement as to its business standing and financial condition, so as to provide additional requirements for the form of the statement and to authorize the Chief Insurance Commissioner to require the filing of quarterly reports and additional information.
