A Bill to amend Section 48-17-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Crossroads of History Resource, Conservation, and Development Authority, so as to add Lexington, Newberry, and Richland Counties, and to amend Section 48-17-20, relating to membership of the Crossroads of History Resource, Conservation, and Development Authority, so as to provide that the four year terms of members must be staggered for a two-year interval between terms for the two council positions for the same county.
