    A Bill to amend Article 5 of Chapter 7 of Title 12, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to gross and net income and deductions and credits, by adding Section 12-7-614 so as to provide for a credit for the purchase and installation of home protection devices, to authorize the Tax Commission to promulgate regulations relating to the credit, and to require the Commission to annually report on the credits.
