A Concurrent Resolution to express the intent of the General Assembly that if the Governor acts to convene an extraordinary session of the General Assembly as provided under Section 29 of Article IV of the South Carolina Constitution, the members of the General Assembly would receive no per diem but would be eligible to receive same subsistence and mileage as provided for regular sessions of the General Assembly.
