S 1041 General Bill, By Wilson, Setzler and R.C. Shealy
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 5-3-305 so as to require the approval of the governing body of the affected county before a municipality may annex an area in a county where the municipality is not currently located.
