    A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to truck driver training schools, by adding Section 56-1-2045 so as to provide that a person qualifies to be a student at a truck driver training school in this State if he has a South Carolina class three learner's permit or an equivalent permit issued by his state of residence.
