    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 61-2-145 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN AN APPLICATION FOR A BEER AND WINE PERMIT, RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE, OR MINIBOTTLE LICENSE FILED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE IS DENIED, NO APPLICATION FOR A SIMILAR PERMIT OR LICENSE FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION THAT WAS THE SUBJECT OF THE DENIED APPLICATION MAY BE FILED WITH THE DEPARTMENT WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE DATE THE APPLICATION WAS DENIED.
