    A General Bill to revise the dates for election of members of the Board of Trustees of the School District of Greenville County; to extend the terms of the present trustees; to provide that members of the Board shall be elected in nonpartisan elections in the General Election commencing in 1982; to provide that the term of office of each trustee shall be four years to commence on the first day of January next following election; to provide for the method of determining the winner of such election; to provide for the manner of qualifying as a candidate; to provide for the manner of conducting and supervising all elections for members of the Board; and to repeal Act 243 of 1981, relating to the election of members of the Board.
