S 1070 General Bill, By Russell
    A Bill to amend Section 29-3-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to mortgages that cover future advances, so as to allow a mortgagor, with the permission of the mortgagee, to file for record a notice limiting the maximum principal amount that may be secured by the mortgage to an amount not less than the amount actually advanced at the time of filing if a copy of the filing also is sent by certified mail to the mortgagee.
