    A Bill to amend Section 44-53-370 of the South Carolina Code, 1976, relating to unlawful acts involving controlled substances so as to provide that the total weight of the substance in its pure form or as a mixture, is the appropriate weight to be considered for all of this Section, and to add Section 44-53-396 so as to require the suspension of a person's drivers license upon a controlled substance conviction.
