    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-53-405 so as to provide for the suspension of the driver's license of a person, upon conviction, entry of a plea of guilty or of nolo contendere, or forfeiture of bail, for a second or subsequent offense of selling or attempting to possess certain drugs.
