    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 31-17-310, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF MOBILE HOME, SO AS TO PROVIDE A DEFINITION; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 31-17-320, RELATING TO LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR MOBILE HOMES, SO AS TO PROVIDE SEPARATE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ISSUING OF A LICENSE FOR A MOBILE HOME TO A LICENSED DEALER.
