S 1091 General Bill, By McConnell and Wilson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-13-715 so as to provide that a voter's name must be deleted from the poll list of his precinct when material is mailed to him by the State Election Commission or his local registration board at his address shown on the poll list which material is returned for the reason that the addressee does not live at this address or because the address is unknown and to allow the person to vote a challenged ballot after the deletion if he appears at the polling place of this precinct and desires to vote.
