S 1099 General Bill, By M.F. Mullinax, A.S. Macaulay and O'Dell
    A Bill to amend Section 16-15-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to incest, so as to change the penalty for violating this Section from five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not less than one year to imprisonment for not less than one year but not more than ten years; to amend Section 16-15-30, relating to the abduction of a minor, so as to make it unlawful to abduct any minor child; and to amend Section 16-15-250, relating to the communication of obscene messages, so as to make it unlawful to communicate obscene messages to any person.
