    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 12-6-3392 SO AS TO ESTABLISH A REFUNDABLE NURSING HOME TAX CREDIT FOR CERTAIN PRIVATE, NONPROFIT NURSING HOMES AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT IS EQUAL TO THE SAME PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT REFUNDABLE AS THE NUMBER OF PATIENT DAYS PROVIDED BY A NURSING HOME TO THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PATIENT DAYS PROVIDED BY ALL ELIGIBLE NURSING HOMES.
