    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-168 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE AN OBJECT CONTAINING THE WORDS OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS TO BE DISPLAYED IN THE STATE HOUSE AND ON THE STATE HOUSE GROUNDS ALONG WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE THAT HAVE FORMED AND INFLUENCED THE UNITED STATES LEGAL OR GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM.
