    A Bill to revise the manner in which funds of the Educational Assistance Endowment Fund are distributed for fiscal year 1995-96 by deleting a requirement that a specified dollar amount be used for higher education scholarship grants, and to repeal Paragraph 72.71, Section 72, Part 1B of Act 145 of 1995 which specifies the manner in which these funds must be distributed for fiscal year 1995-96.
