S 1121 General Bill, By Saleeby, Land, McConnell and T.H. Pope
    A Bill to amend Section 38-13-160, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to inquiries of an insurer by the Insurance Commissioner, so as to include the work papers and draft reports of examiners in the confidentiality provision and provide that the papers and reports as well as the replies by the insurer are not subject to disclosure.
