S 1121 General Bill, By McConnell
    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-160, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to underinsured motorist coverage and additional uninsured motorist coverage, so as to provide that there is no requirement for an insurer or an insurance agent to offer underinsured motorist coverage at limits less than the statutorily required bodily injury or property damage limits.
