    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 40, CHAPTER 75, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS, ASSOCIATE COUNSELORS, AND MARITAL AND FAMILY THERAPISTS, SO AS TO CONFORM THIS CHAPTER TO THE STATUTORY ORGANIZATIONAL FRAMEWORK OF TITLE 40, CHAPTER 1 FOR BOARDS UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION, TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS AND MARRIAGE THERAPISTS AND INTERNS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE COUNSELORS.
