    A Concurrent Resolution urging the United States Senate to reject those portions of H.R. 3838, the Tax Reform Act of 1985, which has passed the United States House of Representatives, or any other similar tax legislation adversely impacting South Carolina's forest products industry and urging the United States Congress to pursue only tax provisions that promote economic growth, productivity, international competitiveness, and sound forest management.
