S 1146 General Bill, By Passailaigue
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 2 to Chapter 47, Title 12 so as to provide a procedure for a jury trial on property valuation and for a taxpayer to petition the Court of Common Pleas for a change or redetermination of taxes due before payment, to stay collection of the tax while under review, and to provide for the payment of interest on the unpaid tax on final judgment.
