S 1150 General Bill, By M.T. Rose, Drummond and McGill
    A Bill to amend Chapter 11 of Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-11-706, so as to make it unlawful to use artificial lights form any vehicle or water conveyance for the purpose of observing or harassing wildlife in any game zone, to provide exceptions and penalties for violations.
