S 1164 General Bill, By Passailaigue and McConnell
    A Bill to amend Section 7-11-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to political candidate nominations by petition, so as to extend the time for filing the petition in the event of an emergency declared by the governor and the conditions precipitating the emergency declaration prevent the candidate from timely filing the petition.
