    A Concurrent Resolution to provide that members of the State Budget and Control Board and the Joint Bond Review Committee shall, after their respective reviews of the proposed sale or lease between MUSC and Columbia/HCA, forward their recommendations to the General Assembly and the sale or lease of MUSC assets to Columbia/HCA shall not occur unless the General Assembly by concurrent resolution approves the sale or lease.
