    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION TO EXPEND UP TO NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS OF THE FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE STATE UNDER SECTION 903 OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF LAND ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR OFFICE EXPANSION AS DETERMINED BY THE DEMAND FOR SERVICES AND BY THE APPLICABLE FEDERAL REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES.
