S 1179 General Bill, By Ravenel
    A Bill to amend Section 34-11-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the drawing of fraudulent checks and the prosecution thereof, and to amend Section 34-11-90, as amended, relating to jurisdiction of fraudulent check cases and penalties therefor, so as to provide that certain interest on all checks in excess of one hundred dollars must be paid as a condition of dismissing any prosecution initiated or as a condition of suspending imposition of the sentence imposed after conviction.
