S 1203 General Bill, By Senate Fish, Game and Forestry
    A Bill to amend Chapter 11 of Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-11-706 so as to make it unlawful to use artificial lights from any vehicle or water conveyance for the purpose of observing or harassing wildlife in any game zone, to provide exception and penalties for violations; and to repeal Sections 50-11-700, 50-11-703, 50-11-704, and 50-11-705 relating to the use of artificial lights.
