    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-3-315, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES' DEPUTY ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN OFFICERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE BONDS REQUIRED BY SECTION 50-3-330; AND TO AMEND SECTION 50-3-330, RELATING TO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' OATH AND BONDS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE OFFICERS SHALL BE COVERED BY A SURETY BOND OF NOT LESS THAN TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES MUST PAY THE PREMIUMS ON THE SURETY BONDS. - ratified title
