S 1210 General Bill, By Setzler, Giese, C.T. Hinson, S.S. Martschink, McConnell, M.T. Rose and J.M. Waddell
    A Bill to amend Section 16-23-490, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an additional punishment for possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a violent crime, so as to add drug-related offenses to those offenses for which the additional punishment may be given and to provide for an increased penalty if a machine gun or a firearm with a silencer or muffler is utilized.
