    A Bill to amend Section 43-5-540, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to work registration requirements under public aid assistance programs, so as to revise certain exceptions to these work registration requirements; and to amend Section 43-5-550, relating to a state plan for the design, implementation, and operation of a work support services delivery system, so as to further provide for individual employability plans which must be written responding to the needs of each client.
