A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-3-240 so as to provide that a court having jurisdiction in a divorce proceeding and related matters may order court records in the proceeding sealed upon the motion of a party to the proceeding and to prohibit the unsealing of the records except with the consent of the parties to the proceeding.
