S 1236 General Bill, By McConnell and Ryberg
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 5-3-287 so as to provide a procedure for a freeholder owning property in a municipality to petition any municipality to annex that property if it is contiguous and provide for the assumption of debt by the receiving municipality.
